Payment Due:

You pay, I'll bake! Payment is required when your order is placed so that I can source your cute cutters, spectacular sprinkles, fabulous food colors and the perfect packaging. Payment is required to reserve your pick-up date. 

Venmo and Apple Pay accepted.

Refunds:

I can offer refunds up to 24 hours after the payment has been accepted. Unfortunately, after that time, I cannot offer refunds as your cutter order has likely already been placed. But the good news - you get the cookies!

Change Cutoff:

Decisions are tough! But we're here to help. Order changes can be made until 1 week before delivery date. After that, all change requests will be under consideration and a small fee will apply.

Pictures Are Worth A Thousand Words:

But they are not always accurate. Colors and lighting in photos may be slightly different than what you may end up with. Also, cookies in photos may not be true to size! (which is a bummer, I'd frankly love to eat an 8.5x11 inch cookie!!)

It's All Yours Now:

Once you have picked up your order (thanks again, by the way), what happens to your cookies is all on you! Keep 'em safe, and keep 'em away from your clumsy neighbor.
